Ali Kedami is an internationally renown long trail runner who has completed some of the most challenging and tough races in the world, including The 4 Deserts: the world’s leading rough-country endurance footrace series.

Last year, Ali decided to run 48-hours non stop for a cause and a righteous one: Helping SANAD, an NGO that provides home hospice care to terminally ill patients and their families in Lebanon. This year, Ali will be running “day and night, for 4 days, across the city, the mountain, the villages, and back, in an infinity shaped path”. The aim is once again to support SANAD and raise awareness on the awesome job they’re doing.

Needless to say, he will have to sleep or stop at one point, but it will be for few minutes only before he goes on again. I have no idea how he was able to run for 48 hours last year to begin with, it’s an insane challenge but for a good cause and he will need everyone’s support.

The run will take place between March 15 and 18. You can read more about SANAD and support them [here].
