Last time I saw an ISF police officer talking on his mobile while driving. Security forces in Lebanon simply do not apply the law

Like this. If he doesn’t give a f**k about the law why should anyone do? Be it from unimportant laws to important ones ;)
Maybe few people know that the army faced rules and conditions hundred times more than civilians so of course whatever is reason it is unacceptable to leave this soldier without giving him a fine .
