“Why eat with a clown while you can dine with a King?”. That is written on Jal el Dib’s Burger King banner (and clearly hinting at McDonald’s). This quote has been used before by Burger King abroad and we are all used to the BurgerKing-McDonald’s ad wars but this is a first in Lebanon. Let’s wait and see McDonald’s reply.
Last week, Burger King pranked its customers on Halloween when it covered one of its stores in New York City with a huge white sheet with the phrase McDonald’s spray painted on it.
