How to sell apartments in Lebanon

I spotted this real estate poster on my way to the garage the other day. Looking at the poster, you could see the green landscapes behind the building and there’s even a forest.

If I were checking this building on a website or in a paper, I would have definitely considered buying, given that prices were reasonable of course.

However, looking at the real image, there are 2 garages facing the building, a huge gas station on the other side of the road and the highway is only 15 meters away, not to mention lots of shops nearby.

I know this is just a poster and they want the building to sell but it would be nice if they depicted something 10% close to reality instead of fooling people.

Its funnier when they show that same landscape for buildings that are coming up in the UAE.

u know what I hate about appartment marketing in Leb?
the way they say “starting x$!!!” and ur like “OMGz that’s so cheap, i’m gonna buy 3!!” (not!) then when u call to inquire, it turns out there’s just 1 flat that cost that much, and it’s the shittiest one cz it’s underground and has no windows
