Lebanese hospitality

I was at Babel restaurant the other day having dinner with some friends. After we were done with the cold & hot mezza and hot dishes, we were served fruit platters on the house. Noting that we were only 6 people on the table, we got:
- 8 apples
- 12 Kiwis
- 6 Bananas
- 8 Orange
- 8 Pears
- 20+ Kumquats
- Grapes

there is a restaurant called “manaret l khalij” in maameltein they also give all of the above and they serve 2ashta w 3assal also
I’ve already posted about Manaret el Khalij. It’s one of my top Arab restaurants in Lebanon.
U better try Seif El Ba7ir next to Manart el Khalij, excellent food tasting
I’m sure u didn’t eat all the fruits that ended in another table’s platter ;)
Babel has excellent food, excellent service. As someone mentioned seif el baher seems great too.
