Basically they want to ban those illegal shops who use magicjack or skype or any other calling software and charge people to make international calls.
Well, for me..I’m at least happy that Skype to Skype still works! I never use Skype otherwise,,as we sure that is how it is, or have they banned VOIP all together? That would for sure suck, how would I keep in touch with my family? Boo hoo.

i am guessing skype.com is blocked but skype still works right? cuz in Kuwait thats how it is
