WOW!… I must say it’s beginning to look sharp… I’ve always loved that house despite the fact that you could barely see it because of the thick Ficus trees on its outer perimeter wall. you had to be in line with the front gate to catch a glimpse. I hope they do something similar with the trees as that aspect of the house gave it as much privacy as mystery…helping with the wow factor whenever the gate was left open…
What I don’t like in this renovation is that they kept the palm trees. We have so many beautiful trees in Lebanon yet almost everyone insists on planting those palm trees.

Palm trees are part of Lebanon like other trees such as pine, cypress, oak, etc.
These Palm trees have been around for ever, I’m worried they build a high wall instead of the thick trees that existed. it was a great big spot of greenery in an otherwise really concretised area…
