I hope so for you, it’s a very unique place. It should be about 5-6 driving from Beirut crossing the border south of Naqoura, if only…
Get another nationality (not Arab…) dude…and voila; you can visit like the rest of us.
I just have a question, let’s say we get a non-arab nationality and we use that passport to travel to Jerusalem, can the Lebanese government hold that against us? Can they find out in a way or another?

Unless you visit Lebanon with the same passport whereas there is an entrance stamp by Israel…Then the HA who control the airport might deny you entry to your own country or accuse you of being a spy. It is simple; you can use that passport to go to Jerusalem and before visiting Lebanon get a new one with no stamps…
How nice the thought of having peaceful relationships with our neighboring countries
You may also go with your Lebanese Passport. You will need a “flying”visa(i.e. not stamped on your passport) and ask the Passport Control at Ben Gurion Airport NOT TO STAMP your passport. That is that easy. Let me tell you a secret: In Tel Aviv you may meet citizens from MANY arab and muslim countries that are techniocally at war with Israel. Yet, they are visiting and not suffering any constraint contrary to many wrong (propaganda) assumptions.
This makes me sad. Jerusalem is a city that should be close, even by car, yet I won’t ever have the chance to visit it.
