I wasn't really hoping for anything positive to come out of the Trump-Hariri meeting yesterday but I tuned in to see how the handshake goes and our PM did not disappoint or maybe Trump didn't try any of his "yank and pull" moves. The government approved a decision to change working hours for public sector employees to become 35 hours per week whereas Saturday will no longer be a working day. This means that the schedule will change on Friday from 8AM till 3PM instead of 8AM till 11AM and Muslim employees will get a two-hour break to go pray. I have no idea why anyone would do such a thing but the Wall of Kindness that was installed in Sodeco a month ago has been vandalized on three occasions now, forcing those who came up with the idea to move the wall to a new location on Abdel Aziz street. I'm sure most of you have heard about Chamchoum. Well Alex Riachy is Chamcoum's son, he's well known for his superhuman stunts which include dragging trucks with his ponytail and breaking large rocks with his hands among other things.
