How do you get information to the lebanese traffic department regarding a lebanese citizen selling lebanese drivers lisences in south africa. I gave the proof to the lebanese consulate in south africa but seem like lebanons interest is not being carried in his heart. I read online that mr.Ziyad Baroud is in charge of the traffic department in Lebanon and I would like to hand the information of this criminal activity over to him. The licenses are issued in lebanon with all the goverment stamps even though the people using them has no connection to lebanon… Please help
