Pro runners participating in the longer distance runs, are advised not to carry several items, and stick to the fitness trackers to avoid being tired by the extra weight and distracted during the long run.

 

Charge Your Smartphone:

Make sure your battery is fully charged the night before, you don’t want to run out of power while trying to locate someone or taking pictures of your kids and friends. Also, don’t forget to free some space on your device for new pics.

 

Carry a Battery Juice Pack:

If you think that your battery won’t make it through the day, then consider an external juice pack. If you don’t have a wearable device, don’t worry, your phone does the tracking automatically, just make sure you are carrying it on your person all the time. Don’t forget to start a workout session before you run too.
