Every AUB student is familiar with Maryam Ghandour’s emails. Dr. Ghandour has been the head of the Career and Placement Services in the Office of Student Affairs at the American University of Beirut for as long as I can remember. She’s been relentlessly helping AUB graduates locate and secure their first professional jobs and has been organizing successful job fair exhibitions year after year despite the unstable political situation. Her job is a very tough one in a country like ours and AUB graduates were fortunate to have someone as dedicate and passionate as her.

Melina Harb, an AUB graduate, will be replacing Dr. Maryam Ghandour who is retiring as the head of the Career and Placement Services in the Office of Student Affairs.
