Zouk Mikhael municipality takes up the challenge
I don’t see how barbed wires are going to stop some Lebanese from throwing garbage around the No-Garbage sign but that’s a step in the right direction. Next step should be setting up a watch tower with a sniper.

loved the idea of the sniper over there! funny;
but if you want to shoot every person throwing garbage on the roads u need a sniper on every corner + the snipers will eventually shoot each other! :D
