More than six buildings were flattened following the massive airstrikes earlier today on the Hezbollah HQ in Beirut’s suburbs. The Israeli army said they were targeting Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah and there’s still no news regarding Nasrallah till this hour. The weapons used by Israel were presumably bunker busters JDAMs designed to penetrate underground.
The area targeted is a highly populated residential area and there are still no clear reports on the number of casualties. I will keep this thread open and share updates.
Update4: People fleeing Dahieh’s Laylaki neighborhood following the Israeli warnings. Still no news on Nasrallah’s fate.
Update3: Israeli army is now warning Dahieh residents at midnight to evacuate immediately, as they will carry out more strikes against Hezbollah. Still no news on Nasrallah.
