The 2023 West Asia Athletics Championships were concluded today with Qatar winning the first place for men and women by clinching a total of 28 medals. Lebanon’s athletics team finished on a high note with 17 colored medals. This is not an official number as I was following our athletes’ update mainly through sports journalist Rawad Mezher’s feed and the Lebanese athletes official instagram page. The only official website related to West Asia Athletics Championships is outdated.
