I was looking for online Meghli recipes in English to send to a friend and I found a really cool website with a detailed and illustrated step-by-step recipe. It’s called JourneyKitchen and here’s a [link] to the Meghli recipe.
The recipe is quite accurate except for the powdered ginger which is not usually part of the ingredients. Also, some people in Lebanon add small raisins along with the almonds, walnuts, pine nuts and pistachios but I personally don’t like it.
