NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has appointed this week Farah Dakhlallah as the new NATO spokesperson. Farah had worked before as a communications manager at the WHO and an Arabic spokeswoman for the UK Foreign and Commonwealth office between 2014 and 2016. She will succeed Oana Lungescu, who served as spokeswoman from 2010 to 2023.
Farah went to school at IC (International College) in Beirut and then majored in Audiovisual Arts at USJ. She then moved to the UK and graduated with a master’s in international relations at the University of Cambridge and a master’s in media and communications at the London School of Economics.
Best of luck!
