Middle East Airlines is organizing its first digital networking event this year in Sharm el Sheikh and I’m gladly taking part in it and taking my wife and kid with me as well. There are plenty of local media (TVs, newspapers), news portals, Lebanese bloggers and food & fashion Instagrammers joining as well as MEA Staff and its chairman Mr. Mohammad el Hout, so it’s a good opportunity to get to know everyone and have some fun here in Sharm.
The program of the trip is not a hectic one as we have plenty of free time and the whole thing is well organized. We are staying at Concorde al Salam resort, and doing activities like ATV in the desert, swimming with dolphins, a boat trip and some fun water games.
It’s my first time in Egypt and in Sharm el Sheikh. I’ve been to Aqaba few years back which is kinda similar to Sharm. It’s an interesting area, the water is super clean (but cold!), the resorts are huge, super cheap (breakfast costs $4) and there are plenty of activities to do. The food is average though.
What matters is that we’re having fun and Brian is having a blast! I will keep you posted with updates and will write another posted dedicated to the new app that MEA is launching this weekend.
