not to mention that its called “fanny” haha
This is why it’s called “fanny” shop… not!!!
they are selling u $s to use your phone without you having to recharge/pay for the full recharge card.
this is useful for prepaid lines and has been business for so many shops since the first day mobile operators allowed units transfer in Lebanon.
You probably have a postpaid since forever.
Yeah its pretty smart when you dont want to recharge every month with the same amount.
This post was removed then placed back, I was saying that yes they can but it would be smarter if they said any transaction comes with a 33% extra charge…Oh no that sounds pretty bad!
it should be called “funny shop” not “fanny shop” 😛
comon chahe, who mentions 500 LL these days?
just round it to 2000 and all is well
friskies, I understand the idea, but wouldn’t it be smarter for the phone companies to offer smaller recharge amounts instead of letting Fanny rip people off?
Joe it might be 500LL buy over the 1500LL it’s 33% more. all relative.
i think that telecom companies are smarter than offering good stuff. ripping us probably feels cooler :).
this is where you end up when there’s no real and regulated competition.
The shop is not ripping people of, think about it the 22.7$ mtc recharging card costs 39,000LL, the guy is just selling them separately for a small margin of profit. 1$ recharging does not cost 1$
i said that telecom companies – not the shop – enjoy ripping us rather than presenting good offers.
