It’s Emile Lahoud’s “Olympic Swiming Pool complex” or whatever they call “pool stadiums” :P. I read in Nahar El Chabeb I think that they stopped construction and they doubted it would continue anytime soon since he is not president anymore.

They probably realized it is a major turn off to call it Emile Lahoud pool as people would envision Lahoud in a swimming suit … one damn ugly site
We see some construction going on every couple years and then it stops.. Lack of funding or sticks in the wheels?
