Speaking of reforms, LBCI launched a campaign last week highlighting the need to overhaul the finance ministry which has been plagued by decades of corruption and mismanagement. I loved the campaign but I wish they’d extend it to target all key ministries, so it doesn’t appear as if targeted against one political group. The interior ministry, justice ministry, defence ministry and several others are as important as the finance one.
