Spotted the sign above before the bridge in the middle of the highway near City Mall. Traffic Local? The correct English is “Local Traffic” but that still doesn’t mean inside road which is what the Arabic translates to.

It might be French. But still, it doesn’t make sense.
ka2ano we2fet bas 3al sign! ma kel hay el tari2 doesn’t make sense!! The weirdest road done by a weirdo engineer…
good there’s a sign
It must be French. Road signs in francophonic Lebanon are USUALLY in Arabic and French. However, “traffic” in French is with one “f” (trafic). Technically speaking, it’s a bad translation into Arabic.

Well this is one of the signs that the skilled labor doesn’t exist anymore in Lebanon! Most of us are facing in many fields a bad quality of production and service! this is due to the abcense of accountability even in most of the Private sector cooperation! how many of us faced problems due to employees errors in Banks or in insurance or while fixing a problem in our cars or bad food quality in restaurants, Or missfinalization of work in our BRAND NEW HOMES !
All this is due to the total absence of the accountability where no one pays for the mistakes he commit !
I benefited from this post to raise a more important problem we are facing in LEBANON!
