No, it’s on the worldwide edition as well! Click on google.com in the bottom right-hand corner of the google.com.lb page to revert to the international page

Even when the URL shows google.com, the servers detect your IP address which tells them that you’re in Lebanon. They will then show the google.com.lb doodle.
