From what I’ve just read, it looks like a big misunderstanding and I agree that people shouldn’t make use of one incident, even though it’s not the first, to attack and disrespect MEA as a whole. In all cases, I think it’s better if Roula settles this matter internally with MEA in order for it not to happen again.
May Chidiac also commented regarding this incident.
And what explains how the Ground attendant spoke to her when he told her to get up and walk? How much preparation do they need to bring a wheelchair and help her? This is a silly excuse.
We all know MEA’s standards are dropping very low, we are hearing the worst stories about the flight attendants and their service.
So instead of whoever posted this message above, why don’t they take that as a learning and as a push to go back to being one of the top airlines in the region. They’re shit, we are not proud of them and we don’t use them. And they should know they have big shoes to fill with competitors like Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines…
well what about the word عطفاً ??? isn’t that offensive ?
I totally disagree with najib on this one. Roula deserves all our support for her voice to reach in a country were disabled people are not well treated. Her issue should be a lesson for MEA and other institutions to raise awareness on how people with special needs should be treated.
You should always prepare for these things ! I doubt this happens in respectable airlines. Sort yourself out or don’t sell tickets!
