Here’s the law as proposed by Mhammad Qabbani. I don’t know how you can be caught but the law is there.
“The new traffic law will state that any person using a mobile phone with the aim of revealing the locations of radars will be fined LL3 million,†he said.
“Anyone who uses a device to scramble radar signals, or vandalizes [radars], will be sentenced to two years in prison and will be fined LL10 million … If the violations are repeated, the punishments will increase,†Qabbani added. [DailyStar]

even if it might be bs, you need this law…the only problem is if you a part of the gov. gang you wont be caught…but you can always be framed!

Why do u need to outsmart it? Why I have the feeling that I’m the only one extremely happy with this new law?
U keep on whining about the lack of structure, system, law n control and when something is done, u need to negatively criticize it and find ways to break it!

Well in my opnion, instead of paying millions of $$$ on radars, and tracking systems, it would’ve been better if they invested in fixing the roads and jouwar that coz more accidents than speed. And maybe put some light here and there, and fix the traffic in the morning, which is more serious than anything else, and, and, and … and as a final touch control the speed limit 🙂
