I loved Exotica‘s ad this year for Mother’s day as well as KunHadi’s ad, but I could not find any picture of the latter online.
I like how Kunhadi are making their ads more and more aggressive because that’s the only way they will raise some awareness among Lebanese drivers. its slogan for Mother’s day this year is “Mothers are supposed to receive flowers”.
Anyway, Happy Mother’s Day everyone!
very nice ad for exotica…way better than the ads for electric appliances (i don’t think its any women’s dream to cook and clean)
just noticed that you already have an article about what i posted
here najib…
this is a link to kunhadi’s mother’s day ad :

it is one strong mother’s day awareness campaign.
and by the way, i didn’t like exotica’s ad
Joe,
This one is to wish Mothers Happy mother’s day 🙂
The other one was critisizing an ad related to Mother’s day.
Thank you Samer and Hisham for the links.
I think Kunhadi shouldn’t be as aggressive, it wont help getting the message across. I’ve always disagreed with their violent ads and gorish visuals.
The best way to get the message across is an intelligent manner, not a violent one. There are many subtle, successful, anti-driving and drinking campaigns around the world. Kunhadi should get a hint.
The exotica ad is nice, i like the visual, simple yet very rich in meaning.
The Kunhadi ad is poignant, and by the way graphic and daring awareness ads are the ones that are hitting the spot the most Patrick, here and in europe, (watch some UK driving awareness ads on youtube, Kunhadi’s look comedic in respect, AT&T did a great one late last year in the US as well)
My favorite ad however is the MTCTOuch ad, there is a link to their website hope it works…

I’m a father to a toddler now, and that image they used speaks volumes, and my wife is the type that just ‘teleports’ into the room even at the slightest ruffle from our little one…through the monitor
