Wish I could tell you her name but I am unable to decipher it. Is it Haoya? Haaya?
I also wish I could tell you her album’s name, but I could not understand it as well: “bteskout …. kteer hayk”
WTH does that mean?
My advice to this new singer is to show more of her breasts or ass if she wants to sell any cds.
Thats why I prefer Radiohead, lots of cleavage lol
Haya…Nice hips…No vocals…unless you like a cat’s meow
Shes actually supposed to be the next hit and her name is hayaa I believe. She has a nice voice (though fi 3inda baha or something) and is indeed new. She isn’t conservative but she isn’t showing off everything either.
i think there has been someone who supposedly sings called Hayaa (assaaf i think). I dont know what to say about these hatching (easter season pun) regularly with no one but their families listen to them.
Personally, im thinking of making an album. Im ok with showing chest hair, hips, and legs 😛
do u think i would make it? would i find production? any producers in the house?
Hayaa reminds me of the sounds Walid would do when trying to save a ball from Captain Bassam (Captain Majed).
Any songs we can listen to Mariam?
Hisham,
You never know when it comes to Lebanese. They must love you. Remember that song that disrespects women and asks them not to get educated? It was a complete hit and women loved it before men.
I’m still a devoted fan to Amin 3amin’s Ba3ed fi ana ma Gheneit….
seriously thought, we’ve been lacking some true talent in this country in the past few years…
educate me here: most singers in this country are performers with lyrics and musical arrangements done by other people (which some are truly talented)…
I know producers play a big role in western music as well, but i see (might be untrue) that many of the singers write their own words and melodies. Are there singers like that in Lebanon? that come up with their own tunes and lyrics?
I have spent some time in both Greece and Turkey, and was surprised when I went out with locals to hear many tunes to Greek and Turkish songs that were very similar if not identical to songs sung by Lebanese artist/performers/singers that i had heard at clubs on the radio and with friends (who’s ripping who off).
I must stress, i dont listen to Lebanese or Arabic Music, there are perhaps no more than 5 songs in Arabic that i would actually listen to willingly, one of which is Killon 3endon Siyarat w Jiddi 3endo 7mar.
