Honestly at night, specially that there is no lighting in that area, i would expect drivers not familiar with that road to climb over that separator.
But in day light you really need to outdo yourself to make that happen lol !
I think he was trying to take off!
some people like to drive with one wheel up on the seperator and see how far they can go….
looks like he didn’t get too far!!
