Serj Tankian the lead vocalist of System of a Down is in Lebanon. My relatives spotted him and took pictures with him in Downtown Beirut a few days back but I sadly didn’t run into him. He’s going to be performing with his father at Rock Festival 2011 in Lebanon on September 2nd. The style is going to be similar to the video above which is nothing like System of a Down below. yes unfortunately its going to be “boring” like the video posted above this was in armenia couple of weeks ago a free concert, i saw him live last summer there i enjoyed, it was rock with a small group of orchestra, wasnt classical like this 🙂
I think this is AMAZING! Why you say it will be boring? I love Serj solo work and Elect the Dead Symphony is just a masterpiece! It doesn’t mean I like less SOAD, I LOVE both 😀
