Yet another (small) university hospital will open its doors in Lebanon.
St. John Medical Center (SJMC) – مركز مار يوحنا الطبي, aka the Lebanese American University Medical Center – St. John Hospital (LAUMC-SJH), will become LAU’s Jounieh hub, when it opens its doors in May 2020.
The new hospital, whose work began on in late 2014 and that is still under construction, will cover an area of around 7,000 square meters and will consist of 3 floors and a basement, with a total of 40 beds.
