The Lebanese ISF is opening up to the Lebanese people and asking them to tweet their complaints and questions. The complaints don’t have to be formal ones and you can write in whichever way you like. I’ve followed up on some of the tweets and their replies seem to be fair and balanced so give it a try if you have something you wish to complain or inquire about.
They already promised to investigate the picture that I posted earlier today of a woman tanning on top of a car.
This is cool really… It is nice to know that they hear us. I do think that changes have to come from down, that is from us, people.
They promised to investigate the picture of a woman tanning on top of a car? Seriously? Did you really waste your time (and their’s) asking them to investigate such a pointless issue? Good for her, she is free to tan anywhere she wants.
No the picture went viral and they tweeted that they’re investigating the incident. I actually asked them how to report a cop who’s driving in a bad way or cutting off people.
It look like they did it… Go ISF go ….

I was given a speeding ticket on 16 Feb 2016 Jdeideh Unit and was informed by LibanPost 01-629628, the ticket was transferred to Liban Post Broumana. I went twice to pay the ticket at Broumana Libanpost . I was informed by Liban Post Broumana that the speeding ticket does not correspond to the car plate number. I called ISF HQ and them obtained Jdeideh unit tel 01-884326. The person responsible did not offer any assistance and said that I should vist the unit in Jdeideh. I am 73 years old and these simple matters should be sorted out quickly and efficiently by phone. I did what I could but the ticket remained unpaid due to the reason mention earlier that the speeding ticket does not belong to the vehicle plate number. No one at the respective Unit is willing to assist on this simple matter. I need help and thus wrote this email. Hope will get some assistance and valid responses. Thank you
