I don’t get it… They renovated the road but somehow still managed to make sure that all 15 manhole covers are at least 3 centimeters above the asphalt level! Why can’t they do the entire thing right for once?!

Would you be happy if they had covered it all with asphalt? That was the practice of the lovely Syrian contractors of the years past by I was told.
