I hated issuing a civil extract because I had to go to my hometown in Saida to get one, or ask someone to bring it to me. LibanPost also offers the service but most of the time, I’d need it urgently so it was easier to go there by myself.

This is going to change in 3 months time according to new Interior Minister Raya el Hassan, who announced in #Arabnet today that we will be able to issue a civil extract from any area of residence and not necessarily from our hometown.
