oh, lynx can’t read your password but they always ask for it on the phone (which is a known no-no) when you ask them to do something, i have a feeling they just log in to your account when they wanna check something instead of having their own interface haha.

That’s wrong on so many ways… you could probably easily get sued in the US over something like that.
Passwords should always be encrypted.
