We have a new trophy for the Lebanese basketball league and it's gigantic to say the least! The trophy was beautifully sculpted by Rudy Rahme, is meant to symbolize unity and weighs a whopping 22 kilos. In comparison, the NBA Cup weighs 16 kilos while the FIFA World Cup Trophy weighs approximately 7 kilos. The Beiteddine Art Festival’s president Noura Jumblatt issued a statement today and announced the suspension of all activities scheduled for this year.
