I’m not sure if this is the first time worldwide, but it has definitely never happened in Lebanon. Two siblings unknowingly picked the same Lotto numbers and won the jackpot, which amounted to over 124 billion Lebanese liras. According to the brother, his sister called him to tell him she had won the jackpot and that she would have to split it with another winner. When he checked his numbers, he realized he was the other winner.
