I had no idea we had direct flights from Beirut’s airport to Amsterdam but I came across this post on the Embassy of the Netherlands’ page:

Great news! Transavia has announed that they will continue with direct flights from Amsterdam to Beirut till November 1st 2019!

Based on the comments, the first flight will depart from Amsterdam and arrive in Beirut on the 1st of November 2018, which is awesome news as going to Amsterdam required a layover so we’d be saving up to 2-3 hours with this direct flight.
