Lebanon’s U17 Women’s Football team defeated Syria 4-0 today to clinch the 2025 West Asia Championship. The tournament, held from February 7 to 16, featured six teams: Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, and Bahrain. Lebanon’s U17 women’s team had previously won the WAFF U-17 Girls Championship in 2019 and 2023 and the Arab U-17 Women’s Cup in 2015.
