Sayfo is saying this new resort is located on the Zouk coast line but I don’t see the Zouk Powerplants anywhere in the first picture. It doesn’t seem to matter to the buyers though as half the project is already sold and prices went up $25,000 in a couple of weeks (or maybe $300,000 units got sold out).

Residences de la mer & Rimal. You can see it on Google maps.

nothing will ever beat the simplicity of the traditional Lebanese houses with pine trees all around…
