Who’s Behind Russian President Putin’s Billboards in Beirut?

Several billboards appeared in Beirut today, mainly in Beirut's southern suburbs, in support of Russian President Vladimir Putin ahead of the Russian Presidential elections set to held on March 17th. Some of them promoted the Russian elections while others included quotes praising Putin. It's not clear who's behind this campaign, but Putin is quite "popular", if I may say so, among Pro-Syrian Pro-Iranian political parties in Lebanon, for all the wrong reasons of course.
