According to Al-Anba2, a Lebanese was arrested after he tried to bribe a Kuwaiti airpot staff member. The passenger gave the employee 1500$ to let him in but he didn't get away with it. via Naharnet I don't want to accuse anyone of anything but the story is fishy from the start and the police should have conducted a more thorough investigation.
