I got more than a week ago the new $100 bill. The only thing I didn't like was the gold 100 on the back but it was put there to help those with visual impairments distinguish the denomination. It should be already available for distribution in Lebanese banks.

via LebanonFiles Even if Nelson Mandela is not Lebanese, he's one of the greatest leaders the world has ever witnessed and he deserves to be mourned in every country for what he stood for but my question is: Why didn't the Lebanese government declare a mourning day for Wadih el Safi when he passed away?
