You know what, after seeing so many cases of the like, I was thinking recently that we should change our strategy in Lebanon. We cannot spend our whole time teaching people what and how to do this or that, and how to respect laws … The problem is not the lebanese not respecting the law, but the security and police agents not applying it.

We should start and push to punish, but really severely, all the security and police agents for 1) not respecting the law and 2) not applying it. Likewise, we have less people to teach who, by their turn, will start to apply the law and push for it.
