Abdel-Ghani will be the first Lebanese player to represent a Premier League club. Back in December 2013, Manchester City signed a highly talented Swedish player of Lebanese origins called Zackarias Faour.
This is great news for Lebanese Football!
Manchester City have signed Abdel-Ghani Ramadan to their famed youth development program the Academy, making the youngster the first Lebanese player to represent a Premier League club, local newspaper Al-Liwaa reported.
The 17-year-old from the coastal town of Barja immigrated to Belgium at a young age before his football talents saw him sign for Greater Manchester side Ashton United. [DailyStar]
Lebanese football? Are you freaking delusional. The kid is naturalized Belgian. He was trained there! Stop these ridiculous inferences dude!
^^
I just wanted to add that he was interviewed and expressed his interest in playing for the Lebanese National Team.
A,
Firstly…If you believe the so called Al Liwaa…Secondly if the kid makes it at MC; do you EVER think he’ll drop down to the crappy Lebanese federation or his world class adopted country of Belgium. Think again.
Gianni,
First of all the Lebanese federation is not crappy, second of all boudy Ramadan is following the country he was born in which is Lebanon and finally Lebanese football is getting better and better, oh ya and if he joined the Belgian national team he won’t get a chance to be ever in th starting 11 cuz the players over there are super trained and highly skilled so u better think before u talk!
Why are you so jealous? Just if you want to talk bullshit just keep it in your head you dont have to let everyone know your frustration and if you told something true, it will be ok but all you are saying is false so stfu.
He would play for Lebanon that’s for sure. I am a former team mate of his and honest to god he always talks about his country and how beautiful it is. He deserves it, I have never seen someone as loyal as him for the club. Great personality and funny as hell!
I wish you good luck Boudy
