I received an email from my brother who has been in the states for 6 months now that he misses Baklawa and Bzourat and wants some. He asked me if he should order some online or wait for someone travelling to the states to get him some.
I honestly have never ordered Baklawa online, so i don’t know much about it and i personally dislike it. I know that Al Hallab delivers Baklawa and i also found another site called Baklawaonline.com but it is not located in Lebanon. As for the bzourat, Al Rifai delivers and has special sets for travel.
If anyone has ever ordered Lebanese sweets online, i would be glad to get some hints on the matter.
have you tried with Doueihy? They have overnight delivery to USA.
Doueihy is fine and hallab is fine, I tried both and i did order hallab before from the USA, never ordered Doueihy but a friend did! it is faster but hey beklawa will only taste good IN LEBANON only YOU HAVE TO BE HERE!!!.
Najib,
Tell him to order online from Shatila. It is based in Detroit and deliver to all states. It is as good as Lebanese sweets.

Which state your brother is in. Tell him not to buy Al-Masri production, they use cheap butter doesn’t taste fresh or flaky.
For mixed nuts it depends in which state he is in to buy individually packed then mix them. In California you find many stores especially Iranian carry good stuff. Trader Joe one of the good decent stores (German owner)
You will find also a lot of stuff here.
