This incident occurred in Germany, where the car was spotted displaying the ISF logo and the number “313” instead of the standard 112 emergency hotline. Additionally, the driver was seen activating a police siren, which is likely illegal.

It’s safe to say that it won’t be long before he faces a hefty fine.
