After winning two tickets to Pinea Campus I went there last weekend. I was invited to be there on Saturday at 6pm but I was too busy and managed to be there at 11pm. The road from Saida to Haitura didn’t take much time. It is 70 km away from Beirut but took around 80 minutes to get there. Once I reached I could easily notice the nice atmosphere there and people were grouped near the fire to get warm, they were chatting and singing. I was offered clean blankets and pillows and mattresses. Now camping near the pines is not that each with all the sounds you here from the bugs on the pines. After the camping, I got a nice breakfast mana2ish with tea. After a cold night, the weather starts to become hot at noun. Then I went for an ATV ride. Since I have never ridden an ATV before I found it very difficult to drive it especially that I started on an advanced road (sand road with big holes). I was worried to injure myself so I backed out. Then the manager there offered me to ride it on an easy track which made me get acquainted to it faster.
Pros:
– Nice place and nice people.
– Nice atmosphere, great for staying late with friends.
– Location not too far and the road are good.
Cons:
– There aren’t too many signs to reach so we had to ask some people to reach.
– At noun the sun strikes and it becomes too hot.
Congrats to Wael!
