I tried using the app to report it but I honestly didn't like how it works. You should be able to submit photos, leave a message or something and the map is not very user friendly. Either way, this is not the first time I spot street lights lit up during the day and electricity is not getting better that's for sure. Thanks Hala!

Nahr el Mot bridge is no longer in the middle of the highway as they closed down the right side of the highway and kept it for those visiting City Mall or internal roads. Let's hope they do something about the other side of the bridge which takes you back to Jounieh and is a complete mess.
