This is not a Jebbele…(concrete mixer truck) it’s a Concrete carrier, the driver probably waited till the last moment to ttake a right and misjudged his trailer which climbed on the ramped cement barrier and flipped, as you see the tractor unit is upright.
i wonder if the driver (at fault here) will be held accountable for all the lost time his irresponsibility had caused….
