There’s a Facebook page “Libanais Francophone” which aims at promoting the French language in Lebanon but there are at least 3 or 4 videos with people speaking really bad French, which is quite confusing to be honest.
If the aim is to promote the French language, why didn’t they get people who can speak fluently in French? To quote a few:
Hahaha. The lady that speaks first is hilarious.
Why you shouldn’t fall asleep during French class.
Loool, yeaah rightt , it shows the level of baddd frennnch and pseudooo french speakers in the country
it’s langage and not language in French !! Learnt it the hard way !!
Langage and language are not the same. The French equivalent of “language” is “langue.”
When you’re referring to a native language you use langue not langage. Langage, on the other hand, means the ability to communicate.
So you can say la langue française but not le langage francais.
La danse est une forme de langage.
